Check Ticket Status
The support ticket system allows for users to create tickets for any problem or incident.
Create a ticket for any problem with your computer, phone, printing or anything to do with network operations of any kind.
A technician will respond shortly and address the problem as quickly as possible.
Instructions:
Click "Open a new ticket" to create a new service request.
Enter your name and email address.
Optional: Enter your contact phone number for a call back.
Choose a "Help Topic" from the drop down list.
Enter an "Issue Summary".
In the ticket details area, describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
Click [Create Ticket].
A technician will receive the request and respond shortly.
